Shipping
I aim to post all in-stock items to UK addresses as soon as possible. Usually I will post items the next working day after payment is received.
Items made to order will be shipped as soon as they are ready. Some items may take two weeks or more to make up, so if you need them in a hurry then please contact me before placing the order.
Shipping to UK addresses is by Royal Mail first class packet post for smaller items, and Royal Mail parcel post for larger orders. The shipping costs are based on weight and include cost of packaging. You may select Royal Mail First Class / Parcel Post, or for just a little extra get Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (recommended).
For overseas shipments or any other special shipping requirements, please contact me before placing the order. When I have calculated the shipping costs I will email you with total price and payment instructions.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your goods, then please contact me and let me know the problem. In most cases I will be able to provide either a full refund or replacement goods to the same value at my discretion. Return shipping costs will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty.
